Executive Director
Khadijah Yawn
Founder and executive director. Since founding the organization in 2018, she has remained committed to creating safe, supportive spaces where young people can grow, learn, and thrive.
With a background in program management, community leadership, and mentorship, Khadija has led the organization’s growth with purpose and passion. She continues to be a powerful advocate for equity, wellness, and opportunity in underrepresented communities.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Damian Brown
A dynamic entrepreneur and executive with over 19 years of experience in human services, project management, and brand development.
As CEO of Afficial, he excels in creative strategy, marketing, and operational leadership across diverse industries. In his role as Program Coordinator, Damian is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through advocacy, support, and strategic intervention.
He holds an Executive MBA from RIT and is passionate about driving innovation, strengthening communities, and building impactful brands.
